Job Description:
- Supports the PMO for Call Center Technology and will have insight and tough to all of the technology projects within the group
- Acts as the project liaison between the business sponsor and the service delivery organizations to understand and document user needs and transform those needs into requirements that will be used to deploy solutions that will meet business objectives.
- Liaison between developers and project stakeholders; fostering quality communication between engineering disciplines.
- Generate requirements documentation with minimal direction through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements.
- Maintain positive and effective relationships with stakeholders through proactive outreach efforts.
- Facilitates discussions in order to obtain agreements and commitments between business unit(s) and service delivery organizations from initial requirements to final implementation
- Determine and remove all obstacles that may interfere with the ability of the team to deliver assigned goals.
- Assist team members in identifying, prioritizing and either clearing or escalating impediments
