M&A Integration Leader
THE COMPANY
Our client is an industry leading distribution company backed by a well-known PE firm. Products are used in automotive, commercial, and industrial applications. The company was formed in 2017 by combining ten companies in the eastern United States and supports thousands of customers across the country. The company provides a broad range of products and services and is supported by partnerships with leading brands.
THE ROLE
The Acquisition Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration process of acquired companies into our operating system and holding company. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration plans, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of our operating system. Their role will be required to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the ground at the acquired companies, this includes Order to Cash Systems, Operations & Dispatch Knowledge, and Commercial Excellence. Onboarding will include 30-day sprints in each functional area to learn key company systems and processes.
This role will require travel to acquired companies as we integrate them into our holding company. Boots on the ground oversight and leadership of the integration is required.

THE CANDIDATE
- Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is preferred
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify integration risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software applications.
