Job Title: Program Manager
TalentBridge, a leader in the professional recruiting industry, is seeking candidates for a Program Manager contract job opportunity.
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the development and execution of multiple projects within our client’s organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the requirements of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects
- Work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements of stakeholders
- Coordinate the activities of project team members and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
