SHEQ Manager 

Talentbridge is partnered with world-leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions. With a global footprint reaching customers worldwide we are looking for a strong Safety Environmental & Quality Manager to join our warehouse & distribution operation. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) through regular audits and inspections. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing a team of Quality Coordinators, conducting investigations, and leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to enhance overall quality and safety within our operation.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) within a warehouse distribution or similar operational setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
  • Previous experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of Quality Coordinators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles is desirable.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar relevant certifications are a plus.
