Role: Administrative Assistant
Location: Clearwater
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Full-Time Onsite
Contract Length: 6-month contract-to-hire (w2)
Pay Rate: $19.55-$20.50/hr

Overview: Are you a polished and professional individual with excellent organizational skills and a knack for multitasking? Our client is looking for a computer-savvy Administrative Assistant who can effectively communicate face-to-face with clients. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a professional environment, starting with a 6-month contract with the potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support and look for ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing communications.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and escalate any questions or issues as needed.
  • Interact with client personnel to provide basic information and support.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times (no casual clothing).


  • Minimum of 6 months of administrative support experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
  • A financial background is a plus, but not required.
