Job Description
TalentBridge is partnered with an industry leader that is the midst of enormous growth. We are seeking three automation leads to build and develop a team and take site-level ownership over automation and electrical functions for projects to establish manufacturing operations in multiple cities
Each site has state-of-the-art controls, automation, and robotics for advanced fabrication and manufacturing, and the team will be responsible for maximizing machine productivity. The team must be able to support the integration of robots into custom designed manufacturing cells and fabrication processes.
• Training, developing, and coaching the automation team
• Attending automation, robotics, and equipment supplier training
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
• Diverse background in PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controls
• Leadership presence, inspire, motivate, and empower others
• Ability to travel for training and alignment with the other sites
Preferences
• Leadership experience
• Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and drives
• Experience with ABB robots
