Job Summary:
Position Overview:
The Incident Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all incidents to ensure that normal service operations are restored as quickly as possible and adverse impact on operations is minimized. This role requires expertise in using Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Grafana to monitor, detect, and resolve incidents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with various IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
  • Act as the point of escalation for major incidents and ensure that appropriate resources are engaged.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proven experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and incident detection.
    • Proficiency in using Grafana to create and manage dashboards for monitoring system performance.
    • Strong knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
