We are seeking a proactive and analytical-minded individual to join our team as a Commercial Card Client Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial card clients, handling inquiries via phone and email regarding their commercial card program. Utilizing advanced technological platforms, you will troubleshoot issues across multiple applications to ensure seamless functionality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from commercial card clients regarding their card program.
  • Troubleshoot issues across multiple applications, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Utilize advanced technological platforms to streamline client interactions and enhance service delivery.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Assess high-risk functions and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
