Job Description

Our Client is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support their Legal and HR departments. This position is ideal for a junior professional with strong administrative skills, preferably with experience in a law firm or handling legal documents. The candidate will be required to work onsite every day at their Las Vegas office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Legal and HR departments with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle immigration documents and onboarding processes.
  • Organize and manage the contracts database, delegating contracts to lawyers as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive HR documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal licensing by working in an actual office environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about comapny basic facts to assist auditors if required.
  • Work independently and be accountable for your time.
  • Have conversations with auditors when necessary.
  • Use office equipment such as a printer.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with auditors.
  • Reliable transportation and ideally a close commute to the office due to heavy Las Vegas traffic.
  • Ability to work onsite every day and commit to a long-term contract.
