Hourly Pay – $18/hour – Weekly Pay Out

Contract Position:3 to 6 Month Contract with performance-based extension
Shift – M – F – 8 AM – 5 PM.
 
 
 
Job Description:
We seek a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various routine operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. Your primary duties will include receiving, logging, batching, and distributing work, as well as handling tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
As an Operations Assistant, you will work under close supervision and receive direction from your supervisor. It will be essential to follow established procedures meticulously and escalate any questions or issues to more experienced team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in operations or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Comfortable working in a production environment and capable of being on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
Experience with cash handling.
