Job Description
As an Associate Commercial Loan Servicing Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the servicing of commercial real estate, construction loans, and problem loans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities to enhance loan processing efficiency within established procedures.
- Performing routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks.
- Entering data, processing payments, and implementing loan coding changes.
- Monitoring, researching, and correcting exception reports.
- Conducting audits of the system of record.
- Processing cash management transactions.
- Receiving direction from supervisors and escalating non-routine client concerns to experienced individuals.
- Interacting with internal and external customers to address raised concerns and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Serving as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate settlements, and take necessary actions.
Required Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- An accounting background is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
