Location: Orlando, FL
Length: 12Months contract (W2)
Pay Rate: $21-23/hr

Are you an organized and proactive professional looking to support a dynamic team? Our client, a leading organization in the Service Programs North America Central division, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Orlando office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to executives and team members.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to executives and team members.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
  • Create and refine documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and orderly workspace.
  • Keep files and records systematically organized.
  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of resources, such as meetings, appointments, rooms, and events.
  • Sort and distribute mail and faxes and handle photocopying needs.
  • Draft and revise memos and other written communications.
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and various documents.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating database information.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude.
