As a Client Support Specialist in this contingent resource assignment, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client support processes. Your responsibilities will include providing support to brokerage clients, addressing moderately complex tasks, and actively seeking opportunities to streamline our operations. While receiving guidance from supervisors, you will also be expected to escalate non-routine queries as necessary and engage with client personnel to ensure effective communication and information exchange.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Brokerage and Client Services support, or equivalent expertise demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, training, or education.

Looking strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in financial services and a demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic work environments will be advantageous.
