If you have experience in fraud, skip tracing (LexisNexis/Accurint/Experian/TLO), risk management, customer support/service, financial crimes, tax analysis, collections, claims (investigator/adjuster/analyst/examiner), loan processing, banking (analyst/AML/KYC/BSA), legal/courts, payment securities, credit/debit cards, law enforcement, military police/intelligence, or dispatching, we would love to hear from you!
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Unleash your expertise and leverage our resources to identify and initiate fraud or abuse investigations.
  • You will ensure the comprehensive collection, analysis, and meticulous documentation of relevant information to tackle fraudulent activities head-on.
  • As a thorough investigator, you will request additional caller documentation when required, leaving no stone unturned in your pursuit of the truth.
  • Your expertise will shine as you complete investigations, document your findings, and deliver clear and effective communication back to the callers.
  • Join us in bringing resolution to fraudulent claims by utilizing cutting-edge tools that detect and disrupt even the most sophisticated fraud schemes.
  • Show your commitment to protecting our customers by evaluating, processing, and meticulously documenting identity theft and customer validation claims.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:

  • Utilize your working knowledge of cable or telecom operations, fraud investigation and/or detection and analysis, as well as your familiarity with laws and regulations related to fraud and general risk management.
  • Embrace critical thinking skills that empower you to make sound decisions and communicate them effectively, even in the face of negative reactions.
  • Showcase your exceptional customer interface skills, combined with a knack for negotiation that leaves our customers feeling heard and valued.
  • Demonstrate your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint), enabling you to navigate and utilize essential tools for success.
  • Leverage your general understanding of fraud operations, policies, and procedures as a solid foundation for continuous growth.
