Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate specializing in service for our technology clients! If you're passionate about providing top-notch customer support, possess fluency in both Spanish and English, and have a keen interest in tax technology solutions, we want to hear from you. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate for tax-based technology clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, helping them troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and maximize the benefits of our tax technology solutions. Your expertise in both languages and your deep understanding of tax technology will be instrumental in delivering a seamless customer experience.



  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking tax technology clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve client inquiries, technical issues, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific needs and communicate product feedback
  • Assist clients in navigating our online resources, documentation, and self-help tools
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case resolutions in our CRM system
  • Contribute to the development of support materials, including FAQs and tutorials, to enhance the client experience



  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a technology field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team
