Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building: Recruit, hire, and develop a skilled maintenance team that embodies our commitment to excellence and safety.
- Create and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Develop and document maintenance processes and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and reliability of all production equipment and machinery.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance maintenance practices and reduce downtime.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field
- 7 or more years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will have direct responsibility for 20 Engineering and Maintenance Professionals
- Develop and lead the plant's preventive and predictive maintenance programs and execution.
- Responsible for formulating and developing goals and directing day-to-day maintenance and engineering activities at the plant.
