Committed to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to play an integral role in the development of new, cutting-edge technology.

Position Overview: As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the successful launch of new electro-mechanical products from concept to market. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving project timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for NPI, outlining key milestones, resource requirements, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and other relevant teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep the NPI process on track.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Work with functional managers to ensure teams are adequately staffed and equipped.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the NPI process.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product excellence.
  • Develop and manage budgets for NPI projects, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Track expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and action plans.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, specifically leading NPI projects for high-tech electro-mechanical products.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for electro-mechanical products.
