Candidates are expected to multi-task using multiple screens and telephone software in an efficient and effective manner, while displaying a pleasant, courteous, and professional level of assistance. Proper call documentation, organization and follow through is essential to ensure the best customer experience. Follow call-handling procedures to assure uniform support within the guidelines of the department. Meet call handle volume and productivity performance metrics.
