Title: Loan Documentation Processor
Location: Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite)
Duration: 09+ Months (Very high possibility of contract extension or perm)

Job Overview:
Support loan documentation processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. Perform moderately complex transactional tasks under supervisor guidance, escalating non-routine inquiries as needed. Interact with client personnel to facilitate information exchange across various transactions.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, or education.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with established procedures.
