*** HYBRID Position – 3 days on-site, 2 days at-home ***

 

Overview:

The Sales Leads Support Specialist plays a critical role in our sales team by efficiently distributing leads obtained through our BTD system to our sales members. The successful candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work quickly, and excellent Excel skills. They will also be responsible for ensuring that leads are promptly assigned to active sales personnel, while also monitoring for any PTO or availability issues among the sales team. Effective communication through MS Teams and a solid understanding of lead generation tools are essential for success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive leads from the BTD system and promptly distribute them to the sales team members
  • Assign leads to the appropriate sales personnel within 10 minutes of receiving them
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to identify if a salesperson is on PTO or unavailable, and if so, reassign the lead to an available team member within 1 hour
  • Work with multiple monitors and various computer systems, including MS Teams, to efficiently manage lead distribution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead characteristics and requirements for accurate assignment
  • Utilize Excel extensively to track and manage lead distribution data

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent experience with Excel required
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Prior experience with Lead Generation tools -preferred
  • Proficiency working with multiple screens

Pay:

  • $21.40 / hr

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
