Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Associate Analyst to join our dynamic team in the financial industry. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing advisors who are subscribed to our in-house client reporting software. Your focus will be to provide exceptional customer support via inbound calls, addressing their queries and concerns with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to inbound calls from advisors subscribed to our client reporting software.
– Address and resolve client inquiries related to the software's functionality, navigation, and data analysis capabilities.
– Offer technical assistance to clients, guiding them through any technical issues or challenges they encounter.
– Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay customer feedback to improve the software's user experience.
– Stay updated on the latest software enhancements and features to effectively educate and assist clients.
– Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.
– Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, always maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude.
 
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment industry practices.
– Prior experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the financial industry or software domain.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Proficiency in using client reporting software or similar financial tools is a plus.
– A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
