Job Description:

As a Data Analytics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing complex analytics initiatives with far-reaching impacts. Working within our Analytics team, you will contribute to large-scale planning efforts, review, and analyze multifaceted challenges in the realm of analytics, and provide strategic consultation to clients. Your responsibilities will include evaluating various factors, including intangibles and unprecedented elements, to devise effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with client personnel, leveraging your solid understanding of analytics functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult on complex analytics initiatives, providing expertise in planning and execution.
  • Review and analyze multifaceted analytics challenges, considering various factors and proposing effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, utilizing a deep understanding of analytics functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate strategically with client personnel to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to gather information effectively and facilitate productive meetings.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to optimize analytics operations, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics or equivalent demonstrated proficiency through work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
  • Strong proficiency in SAS and SQL coding, with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in utilizing SAS.
  • Experience in quality control processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams, gather relevant information, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and address complex challenges effectively.
