Job Description

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are motivated, engaged, and productive. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Identify training needs and opportunities for career development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices and implement necessary changes to policies and procedures.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management. Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with ADP workforce 
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Certifications (preferred):

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
