Position Overview:
We're seeking a proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our international sales team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Director, you'll facilitate communication and coordination with our global sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules for international sales team, managing appointments and meetings across time zones.
  • Arrange travel logistics for international sales reps, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and inquiries.
  • Assist in preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for international clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with client information and sales activities.
  • collaboration between international sales team and other departments.
  • Organize materials for international sales meetings and assist with follow-up tasks.
  • Analyze international sales data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Provide general administrative support to international sales team, including expense reporting and document management.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to manage tasks across different time zones and cultural contexts.
